Responsibilities
We are looking for a data consultant to join our fast growing small team. The position is permanently open and you are welcome to apply at any time.
In this role, you will be working closely with our principal consultants to deliver client projects and implement internal solutions.
Among others, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and documenting requirements from clients for implementation of data collection and reporting solutions
- Collecting, cleaning, and managing data from various sources and platforms
- Developing and testing of data collection, reporting solutions and dashboards
- Working in direct collaboration with our clients, and presenting to middle management
- Researching new projects, implementing proof of concepts with the aim of transforming them into standardized solutions to add to Innova Sport’s portfolio
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Have a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering (computer science or data science), economics, sports law, sports science or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or data science, with relevant technology, ideally Microsoft Power BI
- Have experience in a consulting position
- Have experience or interest in the sports sector (sports law, governance, etc.)
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a proactive and collaborative attitude
- Be fluent in English and have working level of Spanish, French or German
- Be located in Switzerland

- Supporting the creation and prioritization of product backlogs
- Communicating changes and supporting end-users and stakeholders
- Coordinating the efforts of a team from Innova Sport or our clients in the development of digital solutions
- Supporting our principal consultants in advising our clients on digital transformation and implementation strategies
- Working in direct collaboration with our clients, and presenting to middle management
- Researching new projects, implementing proof of concepts with the aim of transforming them into standardized solutions to add to Innova Sport’s portfolio
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Have a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering (computer science or data science), economics, sports law, sports science or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership or project management in an agile environment
- Have experience in managing or leading teams in a project
- Have coding experience with some popular programming languages
- Be an expert in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint, have extensive experience with a collaboration software tool (Azure DevOps, Jira or similar)
- Have experience or interest in the sports sector (sports law, governance, etc.)
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a proactive and collaborative attitude
- Be fluent in English and have working level of Spanish, French or German
- Be located in Switzerland
